Personally I wouldn't take a blind bit of notice what the Ingeus Advisor says. I have heard so much rubbish from their lips (evesdropping) giving 'clients'. Some don't know their arse from their ellbow! Best to ask the DWP at next signing, I asked and they said I come back to the JCP as normal every two weeks for a year. The year bit is a little telling, will one be sifted off to somewhere else or worse still back to the WP!

Hi Kirmistan All I can think is she is doing everything to try and save herself from bankrupty by maybe following direction of the court. The repercussions of bankruptcy would mean she could not prctice being a Financial Advisor loosing her IFA number- a career she has done all her life. She has said in the past theat some tenantsdon't pay and she lost a court case in the summer 12 against one tenant who was not paying (pocketing the housing benefit), left windows open casing damage to the interior. I am claiming Housing Benefit and to find any properties that accept HB are like hens teeth.!

Hi On Wednesday evening I had a letter from an agent representing DMS (debt management services) he was acting on behalf of the mortgage lender on the property I am renting wanting to do a tenant check. I telephoned the agent and he assured me it was a routine check which should have been done every 18 months. Not convinced I got a title register document from Land Reg only to find my Landlady had a bankrupty notice registered against her and this property (probably the other 21 properties she has too) on 3/12/12 thisnotice is pending. The company DMS also do arears management support. My landlady is a Financial Advisor. Any ideas whether to panic and look now to move. It galls me I have paid on time and the correct anount for the last 5 years. So upset.

Hi Jasta I still don't believe him when he said it was ok. I always view the jobsite without loggin in, I told him I have requested feedback on my applications when applying through the site. I also raised the issue of the site not allowing covering letter. I said the covering letter is one of the most important elements of selling yourself-he looked flumuxed whe i said that! The other lady advisor across from my dimwit advisor nodded in agreement! I wouldn't mind how can he not see I had not used the UJM site to apply they were written down. Jesus I could do his job blindfolded and one hand tied behind my back. I told him I had applied for voluntary work and he said well if you get a paid job come in for a form-told him I already had one in my War Chest for when I got a job- again he looked puzzled...

I signed on at mid day today, different advisor and was grilling the previous client for a few minutes. I arrived at his desk and he said I must use Universal jobmatch as per my job agreement. I said I do use everyday! He said I cannot see it (the job tracker is an Ingesu and only logs applications not bliddy searching history) he said I can't see Universal Jobmatch on her (there were two applications on there-clearly didn't look properly) I have gone over and above the four job applications per week I di 21! Applicaions form loads of different sites. if there's no jobs on UJM that I can apply for that suit my skill set then nothing I can do. So I have gone to see my Ingeus advisor got her to sign my tracker and note on my file she has seen the UJM entries and also signed the booking book stating reason why I saw her. I asked himif everything was ok, he yes , so hoping my money goes in on Tuesday. Do you think I've done enough of a paper trail to back myself up if a doubt arises. Never ever happened with the other advisor! So now am spending the entire weekend worrying !

With regards to chasing my new advisor for written confirmation by email and phone. She FINALLY returned my email. The header States 'Appointment 17/5/13 @ 11.30' I wrote could yopu please confirm the above appoinment I require hard copy for my records. She wrote Hi (my first name) I can confirm this appointment has been booked with her business signiture and Ingeus office details below this. Do you think this is enough proof if a doubt was ever raised. I haven't had a mandated letter in the post.

I really struggle, I get JSA with £10.00 deduction per week for water rates, I get child benefit at £81.20 per week, HB max £484 ish . CTB and CTC £249.80. It sounds a lot but I have to pay toward my rent which is £650 (for a 2 bed house which I moved into when working and could afford easily). The rest has to feed a teenage son/myself (never stops eating), clothe myself/him and pay the other utilities/council tax of £20.00 per month. I can't move as a) costs too much b) no one in this town accepts housing benefit. I dn't and never had any child maintenance off my sons Father, he's a Professional Golfer in Hereford and states he only earns £50.00 a week!

I have been told by the advisor I sign with at he Jobcentre that it's back to him for a year and signing every two weeks. I think it's a case of wait and see. Not sure is the CAP is still in force?

I finish early July, so I've applied for voluntary work which I hope will keep the DWP off my back....... The shop is opening this month and is literally a 4 minute walk from my house!

The original appointment with my advisor who has now transfered was on the same day but a different time. I've just rang and it took ages to answer, no receptionist again...My advisor did answer,however she said she'd ring back as was in an appointment.

I spoke to another advisor at the WP office I go to regarding the IngeusWorks site login problems. She told me that my advisor had now moved another office. The advisor has verablly given me a new appointment, but doesn't seem to be responding to any emails requesting a letter or confirmation email. I always have hard copy. My imagination then starts to wander.....hmmmm... I have to sign on tomorrow so do think it's best to go into the office to request a letter.?

When I signed the other week my advisor ,who is a nice guy asked how it was going with Ingeus. I said my advisor had been ill for nearly three weeks (she's still off now). I was told I should be seeing a an interim advisor whilst she's off! Anyone been told this. The office I attend always has 2/3 advisors absent.

Our office will only refund fares if you have an appointment and can provide up to date job search proof to their satisfaction!

The Ingeusworks site I try to go on everyday, sometimes I can't due to running out of pay as you go internet. I can't get a space on the computers at Ingeus they're always full and I am only allowed on a specific day Thursday. The local Library is full up with oldies trying to do Geneology!

Shazajo Congratulations on your new job! If I was in your position I would post it on the day you physically start the job -on the Monday. Until then keep hold of the form. You will get paid up until the day you start, not sure if it will be split, ie your two weeks and then the remainder of the one week in separate payments. Anyway hope it is the start of something fabulous!

The Ingeus Works site is registered by your advisor. I use it, but complained loads of times it send jobs from Eire (Dublin/Kilkenny). I do apply via it for jobs I am interested, however it sends apprentice jobs and legal jobs which I am not suited to, just have to trail through them. I am usuually ahead of the game in any case as they lagg behind by 24 hours, by which time I have seent the jobs on the various job boards.

Attended my half day mandatory Interview skills course with Ingeus (I finish 9th July). What a nightmare. Two guys came to verbal blows, the language was very choice. Had a major headache from it, so not used to people using foul language on each other-I know I have lead a sheltered life! I signed yesterday and posed the question to my advisor about life after the WP. He said you'll come back to us for year and sign on as normal. Why a year I didn't ask....
