in-need-of-help replied to in-need-of-help's topic in Vehicle Finance and Vehicle Repossessions
Hi, As you can see from my name im am in need of help!! I also have/had agreement with BCT and I surrendered my car thinking it would be better on my half doing so...obv not. I now have a default on my account and now they say I owe them £2534.30 or ther abouts due to them selling my car and getting X amount at auction. I have however read sction 90,91 of the 1974 Act but i dont understand it tooo well and if I am eligable. My total finance was £8,590.80 and I have paid £2,995.66 this is over a 1/3 of the agreement but i surrendered my car and it is logged as a repo on their books. Please can someone shed some light on this for me if possible. Thanks Will HEEELLPPPPPP!!!! -
