While we were on holiday at a holiday park, I was standing outside our caravan, with my dog on a lead. A woman came along with her 2 dogs, and they pulled her over to my dog, and one of them attacked mine, leaving a nasty gaping wound. The management at the park told the woman that her dogs were unable to stay on the park, and she removed them. We intend to pursue the owner for the costs incurred in treating our dog, but I was curious wether we could claim our costs from the holiday company, leaving them to claim from the dogs owner. Any thoughts gratefully received....

Hi guys, I left a £50 cash deposit on a car 3 weeks ago. I did an HPI check when I got home, and discovered that the car had previously been a write off. I phoned the dealer first thing the following morning and told him. He did his own checks, and told me that I could have my money back. As I live over an hours drive away, he said he would send me a cheque. Nothing has arrived, and he seems to never be around when I call. Can anyone advise me on the best way to proceed from here Thanks in anticipation

My daughter has received a letter today claiming that a consultation she had with a doctor back in May 2006 has not been paid for, We asked for a private consultation to get her seen quickly due to the seriousness of her symptoms at the time. This was the first time we had been private, and I am sure that I settled all the bills as they came in. Unfortunately I cannot prove that I have paid this, as I only normally keep credit card statements for about 18 months. If anyone has any idea how I can prove that this has been paid, I will be incredibly grateful. Thanks in anticipation, Canvey
