Hi, I would like some advice from anyone possibly in a similar situation to me - I work for a large outsourcing company as a full time employee. There are various "Campaigns" within the company ie my floor works on behalf of a particular Client, while other departments work for other Clients etc. I received £7.00 per hour. This was increased to £7.21 when my employer reviewed and increased pay across all departments . The client I worked for decided to transer the department I was in to another outsource provider, and so I and everyone else was placed on a 90 day consultation period. I applied for another role within the same company, albeit with a different client, and was successful. I accepted this role but had to take a cut in pay to £6.75 per hour. My grievance is that I now work with colleagues still benefitting from £7.21 per hour while I have had to "start over" at £6.75... Is this one of those situations where I have to accept it, or is there any kind of legistlation surrounding this? Any guidance is much appricated! Thanks, OA
