  6. Hi there, thank you for your response. It was for £10, paid by debit card via paypal. Its not an awful lot of money, but i've paid for something i've never recieved, they shouldn't be able to get away with my money for nothing!
  7. Hello there, I wonder if anyone can help me. I made an order online to m.i.e. crafts that never arrived. I’ve tried emailing the company to no avail after realising they had no telephone number on the site at all. I’ve tried to look again recently and now the website has been suspended. I have a bank statement with all the relevant charges on there. Does anyone know how I should go about getting my money back? Thanks! x
