  1. Hi ErikaPNP You appear to be knowledgeable in the what they can and cant do when interviewing you under caution - I have to attend interview next week - however one of my neighbours came to my door this morning to tell me the DWP (Fraud Investigation) dept were looking for info on me and my partner! do u know if they are able to say where they are from and why the want the info??? absoloutly terrified -being investigated for living with partner - I am now but only after I moved house 18 months ago!! so why are they investigating me now, not on benefits - but they are trying to say I was living with partner for the past 10 years!!!! can you give me any advice, I know it prob looks bad but I am not agreeing to anythng they say just for the sake of it. Karen
  2. Yip i'm in the same boat with the nature of my job - she will need to speak to her solicitor and ask him to look into keeping her anonymity as it could cause unecessary harm to her child - it is possible - also benefit agency cant tell her employer!
  3. IB what do you mean by DISCLOSURE! does this mean your solicitor can contact the DWP and they will tell you what info they have on you prior to the meeting?
  4. Sar - I have to attend an IUC and have looked into a number of issues that may arise your friend can (if she has kids) ask for her name/details to be kept out of the paper for fear of repercussions for her children.
