Ok I have a TV Licence fine which I do not own I wrote a latter to HMCS last week explaining why i do not own this TV Licence fine I received a latter from them back just today telling me i should apply for a Statutory Declaration in writing I have done that and sent the Statutory Declaration latter off today But the thing is I got a latter from Marston (Bailiffs) yesterday asking to pay the TV Licence fine which I do not own and telling me that they will be coming to my house in 7 days from the date of the latter which is dated 29/03/2010 if payment is not made. So what can I do if i do not get a response in time from the Court and the Bailiffs are here before that can i show them the latter from the Court asking me to apply for a Statutory Declaration which I have done today in writing but cus of the holidays they will receive it maybe on 6th or 7th April Please help ???
