  1. I dont have any proof. Should i ring anglian water to confirm this? Thanks for all the advise you've really helped me. I can tell CCS to leave me alone
  2. The bill is from a previous address after i had moved. So no i have not paid it as it is not mine. Anglian water mixed my details up when i moved (was paying someone elses water rates for 6months) so when someone else moved into my previous address they presumed i hadnt been paying my rates. Thats when i started getting letters form ccs even thought i have sorted everything out with anglian water. Ccs said it was in there hands now and nothing to do with Anglian water. This has been going on for 3months now.
  3. Hi, just wondered if anyone could give me some advise. Im in dispute with commercial credit services over an outstanding bill from anglian water. I have resolved the bill with angilan water (the bill is from my previous address, i did not let them know i had moved) but the debt company keep ringing and sending letters demaning the oustanding amount to be paid. I have sent ccs my tenancy agreement from my new address which has my name, dates etc on which they asked for now they are asking for my signature?? Why do they need my signature? Any advise would be gratefully recieved Thanks
