  1. I stayed at a travelodge in manchester on sunday night. wen i arrived at the travelodge there was no obvious parking facilitys i went inside where they handed me a map to a secure hotle car park just up the street. The car park had up signs saying they had cctv in operation and that the car park was patrolled. i payed for and displayed my ticket. on return to my car at 11.45am the next morning my passanger window had been put through and items stolen from my glove box.. i looked around for the cctv and the person who was suppost to be patroling but none were in site. my husband rang the car park company who admitted not having cctv yet and also claimed they had seen my broken window at 9am that morning but said they didnt bother reporting it because they said the police never do anything.. i have been on to traiding standards who say i can claim damages from this car park company on respect of the breach of contract due to services no as described (supply of goods and services act 1982) they did have up signs saying we take no responcibility for damage ectect... but they have broke the contract havnt they?? does anyone think i have a good case to persue please help:(
