I have been contacted by kerobo claims saying the if i have credit cards/loans dating back before april 04 they may be unenforeceable and I could get them paid off by a government initiative? Is this true?

I have also received a letter from this company today saying if i don't contact them they'll call to my door to collect. I have been paying debt throught debt management plan and don't understand I'm very worried.

Today I have received a letter from Power 2 Power saying if I dont contact them within 72 hours they will call to recover £3600 debt to capital one credit card. Can they do this? or does anyone know what they say to me if I phone them. This debt is being paid monthly through a debt management plan. I don't know what I should do very worried.
