  1. Hi I have run into financial problems and had difficulty paying back Natwest loans and other creditors. I followed advice from National Debt Line and contacted all my ceditors (inc NatWest) supplying a personal budget and an offer of payment (worked out on a pro-rata basis). All the others have agreed to accept payment but not NatWest. The first letter was sent to them in August 2009, and despite other letters from me have basically ignored me and handing the debt to first to Triton Credit Services and then to Shoosmiths Solicitors, both of whom completely refused to accept an offer of payment and Shoosmiths have subsequently taken court action. Having filled out the personal budget, showing that I could afford to pay my original offer of £62.85. I have recieved a Judgement For Claimant (after determination) ordering me to pay £683.40 per month! Any advice as to what to do now will be gratefully recieved!
