car went back on a trailer,the car was resold and now i am being chased for a further 1400 pounds. which i aint going to pay them. the warranty did not cover the parts that were faulty its as if they knew what goes wrong with the tdci engines.

car has been resold by yes car credit and they are still sending threatning letters that there is still 1400 quid outstanding that i am still liable for this amount. 3

hi i got a car through ucan car credit based in carcraft newport. sold a 3 yr warranty totally useless nothing covered, have surrendered the car as i paid more than half total payment told i will have nothing else to pay.. waiting for a you still owe us x amount letter..

hi, i bought a car from ucan car credit based IN carcraft, newport. on 5.4.08. had the car over 4 years. also a warranty for 3 years. as the salesman said 'you will have 3 years worry free motoring' anyway the injectors and seals went on my 2002 fiesta tdci. and when i rang the warranty company surprise surprise these were not covered. so i had a quote from a garage it was 600-750 quid. the only thing i could think of was to ring welcome and ask if they were prepared to give me three months grace from not paying the direct debit, and save up the money from these payments, get the repairs done, then fax welcome the paid bill so they could see i had it done, but they flatly refused. i told them i cannot afford the bill and the hp payments and the credit manager said the best thing i could do was surrender the car. so some firm has arranged to pick the car up next week, i was also told if i surrendered the car, as i have paid more than half the total balance there would be no more payments due. so i had the car 2 years, paid 4100 quid. and will lose that money. i rang ford and they said there IS a problem with the tdci engines on 2002 fiestas so it should have been covered. rang the warranty company and they sais'IF IT AINT IN THE WARRANTY BOOK IT AINT COVERED, GOOD DAY..' anything or anyone i can complain too?

bought my car from carcraft thru welcome had a voucher for £500 off a car and was offered £500 off my car yet on contract part ex was £25.00

i bught a car on finance 2 yrs ago. its over 4 yrs. had a 3 yr warranty. injectors and seals gone two days ago. £450 parts labour. this is not covered in warranty. ford said this injector bar problem is ongoing problem on 2002/2004 tdci engines. i cant afford repairs so i cancelled direct debit. and am surrendering the car. losing £4130.00 i already paid..

bought a car 2 yrs ago from carcraft newport, through welcome finance, also had a 3 yr so called warranty. the finance is over 4 yrs. a problem with the injector bar on my tdci fiesta cropped up and SURPRISE SURPRISE it wasnt covered. everything else except this item. rang welcome nothing they could do. rang fords to see if this was a recurring fault on fords and it is on 2002/2004 tdci models. rung warranty firm told them what ford said and they stated that they only cover whats on the warranty list. car is u/s outside house. so i cancelled the d debit so told them i would be surrendering car to them losing£4130. cant afford the £450 repair bill.

bought a car two years ago on finance, over 4 yrs. came with 36 months warranty. now i have a major injector and seal problem warranty company say its not covered by the warranty. funny how the rest of engine is covered but not that one part.. anything i can do or some advice please..
