  1. Hi People, I was wondering if anyone who has recieved a renewal reminder from TV Licensing would be able to scan in both sides of it and post it here? The leaflet is on white glossy paper with black and greeny text and details Terms and Conditions and Payment Options if my memory serves me correctly? Many Thanks PMA
  2. Hi, I ask this question on the behalf of a friend - here is a brief overview of the relevent details. In early 2007 my friend (who lives alone) moved into a two bedroomed flat as a key worker (at the time he was a teacher). The flat was part of a new development as was rented to him at an intermediate rate, and was rented by an RSL. There is another block on the development which appears to be occupied by those paying a social rate. After developing several health problems he resigned his job in early 2009 and took a part time job as a caretaker at the school he previously worked at. He informed the RSL at the time he was no longer a key worker but they did not seem to mind as long as the rent was paid. Having inspected his tenancy it appears he is an Assured Tenant. He did ask if it was possible for him to be moved to a social rent but was told this was not possible. Since resigning he was been living mainly off his savings, but these have now dwindled to almost nothing and he is concerned he may lose his flat. I have looked into what LHA/Housing Benefit he would be eligible for but have become stumped at the following questions: * Is he eligible for housing benefit for the full amount as he is renting from an RSL? * Would the fact he is living in a two bedroomed flat make a difference?
