Wheres our fixed tv then Mr BAYV, why give a customer a loan tv if you had no intention of fixing or replacing the one we had on HP from you?? surely you would of known that the accidental service cover was void before agreeing to fix it and giving the loan tv. any reputable company would check this before agreeing to anything? just goes to show what lengths you will go to worm your way out of situations , steer well clear of this company promise the world and deliver nothing LITERALLY Mrb

bayv where do i start i had accidental damage cover and when are flat screen broke they agreed to give us a loan tv till they fixed the new one which at first was great. but couple of weeks later i ring them to find out when i will be getting my new tv back to which they told me i wouldn't as i was in arrears a stupid amount less than 20 quid and because the tv was broken in this arrears period it voided my accidental damage cover, they came to my house few weeks later to collect the loan tv but we told them to do one as they wouldn't be getting it back until i had my new one fixed and returned to which they threatened us with the police. we offered are phone for them to call the police but they told us they would do it back at the office. we never heard back from them again vile company to deal with many threats but didnt back it up with nothing there very big in my town in south wales. Hi There i am new and wonder if somebody could give me some advice. i am having many issues with the housing association i am with very serious ones i made a complaint to them regarding these but they sent back a final reply which was total pointless of sending as it didnt have everything that we were complaining about in the first place. less than a week down the line after they had already sent there final reply i started getting emails from the housing association stating that we had verbally abused there maintance workers when they come to are house in march last year on two occasions and another incident in july that i had threatened there customer service staff saying i would come down there and commit violent acts on them which is absolute rubbish i am not that sort of person at all, i issued a subject access request on the 10th feb 2010 to them requesting all calls which i had given them the times and dates to which i know every single call is recorded by them. also they mention briefly in there final reply about having written statements about are behavior by maintance people no dates nothing to which we have not seen these statement nor was it in with there final response to me or my local mp. they state in emails that they should of sent us a letter in march twice and july but failed to do it what a joke so they want me to believe that i had verbally abused two maintenance workers at are property in march and then threatened violence to there staff in july but non of it was worth mentioning by either ringing us or sending a letter at the time of the incidents no they wait 8 months before mentioning it?????????? this is what i want to know am i entitled under the subject access request i sent them to see these alleged written statements by there maintance people and am i entitled to a copy of the calls i have put down in my request this will show the alleged incident in july to be false. only since the mp and other people have been involved has allegations about me have come to light its a clear attempt of them trying to assassinate my character but i know its not true and will continue to pursue them but i was thinking maybe i should arrange to see my housing manager at there offices and then ask them to produce these statements they allegedly have by these maintance workers do i have a right to see them as a tenant who has had these allegations made against him. also i will be taking this further so could it be a good thing to visit them with an appointment and demand to see these statements if they refuse and dont put it in the full disclosure s.a.r either then could this strengthen my case if and when i take it further sorry for such long thread and thank you for your time any advice would be much appreciated regards MB
