I have, at first they were saying civil matter, but now taking it seriously as have independant witness ..... got to make a statement later today. Find out where I stand with solicitor also. They can keep the car, but I will NOT let a forgery of my signature drop!! These people need to learn they do not have the right to do as they please ..... reported to oft, and financial ombudsman too, oft been really helpful

Hi can anyone help me pls as I am in a similar situation ...... On signing finance agreement and bill of sale, to be specific during photocopying process I was given original bill of sale as well as the copy etc etc. I only knew this when they started frantically phoning and texting saying it was an important doc and I must send it back ....... Anyhow regardless of them not having a bill of sale I continued my repayments. Long story but mobile money unlawfully took my car last week, I had no warning what so ever, they lifted it from private property at 2am. I wasnt aware we were at this stage I had asked for a copy of my paperwork and for six weeks promised they wld send it and never did. Now I KNOW they didnt have bos obviously. However on going to strand court it appears they have registered a BOS and forged my signature!!!!!! Its nothing like my copy, its in different pen and they have taken it from the previous bill of sale ..... I have contacted oft, who have been great, and instructed a solicitor, but does anyone know what i do next?? pls pls any advice appreciated ......

Hi all, New to this....... great site, u guys really know what you are talking about! I need some urgent help pls if anybody can regarding mobile money taking my car! here goes ........ Had a logbook loan with them back last may. I was very silly and very naive and in serious financial hardship, due to being a single mum and falling very sick, got behind on everything and needed to pay rent etc. I was paying the loan no problems till 6 months was up then got hit with the bombshell that I had not paid anything up, just interest and that from £1800 loan I now owed £3000 due immediately. I was told I cld take a further £500 and re sign and that the payments for next 6 months wld come directly off balance .... so I did. All was well till I found myself in difficulty with the repayments and my debt had got out of control, it is sorted now I had to take bankruptcy but all my finances have been frozen. I called mobile money and explained situation asked if they cld lower payments in some way for a short time or was there something they cld do and they refused. I asked for a copy of the bill of sale and finance agreement as official receiver was very interested. After a long drawn out few days they text to say they wld send this to me as I explained sooner my finances are un frozen sooner I can pay. That was two weeks ago, next thing I know I get a call on my mobile from the official receivers saying they need to deliver urgent paperwork to me and cant get hold of me (staying with family due to a flood) I gave them the address to deliver it to family where I cld sign for it. Next thing I know my car goes at between 2 and 4 am sat morning off a private driveway, and guess what ????? official receivers never made any such call ...... It seems that Mobile money have lost the bill of sale from second agreement, but are trying to use the first one. Also I am registered keeper for this car but dad actually owns it, has a finance on it which he pays everything month. Spoke to mobile money this morning they are demanding £2700 plus removal costs ..... What can I do please?

Hi, pls help how do i start a new thread on here? mobile money unlawfully took my car this morning I had no warning, no clamp, no letters nothing. I had phoned and asked for copy of BOS and credit agreement, they refused to send it and I woke up this morning and car was gone. It wasnt taken from my address was taken from a private driveway, What do i do?? any advice wld be greatly appreciated!
