  1. @Feedme..If u really had a refund from BPF, Do u really need to sneak into this site posts? I dont think so!! Be happy with ur refund, we all r still struggling to sort out this s**t. So please dont try to create useless arguments here!! Instead why can't u post some info about how did u manage to get refund. Couple of people here are still paying for BPF coz of their personal circumstances, but no one had posted here about refund. Myself paid untill August, what i got back..lots of stress n complete waste of money. Lots of us check this thread everyday to get something back. No offence, Just wasting time for others.

I too received the same yellow letter..how stupid are they? asking to attach full payment amount with this yellow card and send it back to them:mad2:..i guess most of these letter are addressed by Mrs A lyness. do you think its a better idea to call them and tell that they are not going to get any thing and to mention legal action? if all of us call to this same person, atleast she knows that they wont get any thing back..i was wondering why BPF keep on moving our information between to many debt collectors. Is it legal? themselves knew that they wont get anything, why all this harassment?
  3. :whoo:I received another letter from BPF this morning: " We write to advise that we have now instructed a specialised debt recovery agency who will be contacting you shortly in respect of the above account. We have added an administration charge of £22.50 to your outstanding balance to recover our costs for this letter" No mention of that specialised agents name..they already paased my case from mercers to sanclare.Lets wait n see who are these new b@t*8*s!!!
  4. Did anyone hear from your MPs? Its almost 10days i sent a letter to my MP, had nothing so far! Surprising..it's been more than a month i haven't heard anything from BPF or Sanclare. Might be they are planning upto something in the back!!!

Well..i too received three identical letters with nice table explaining arrears since march..to my surpeise they added £22 default charge for the cost of sending arrear letters:lol:..i received letter last month saying they clear up all arrears and now they are asking of double the amount. Amazed with their actions...feels like no one is there to stop their crucial business tactics:evil:.
  6. Hi all, i got this email from computeach this morning. I guess most of us might've got it already. I just want to share it: I wrote to them couple of days back saying that i dont want any correspondance with them and also mentioned that i don't wish to take training with them, still they keep on sending stupid mails. Bpf turned all our lifes into nightmare..i dont understand the wording "gesture of goodwill". Its very clear that bpf n computeach are trying to promote n force students to join them. I too got letter from sanclare, not sure what to do next..its just waste of money sending dispute letter to Bpf. I did it couple of times, still had debt collection notices from sanclare.

Hello all, just a quick update..today i spoke to a nice lady at sanclare regards the letter i received abt arrears on my account, apparently she confirmed me that all the cases have been forwarded to them n mercers or resolve call has nothing to do with advent students. When she demanded for money, i mentioned that i consider my account is in dispute n also told her that i'm seeking legal advice. She tole me that even the account is in dispute, we need to make payments to respect our obligations under law. Her point is if we win the case, we will get our money back..just goin mad:-x wht to do next whn she calls me again.. Fuzz, when u get advice from ingrid regards leafletting plz let me know..i don't mind taking 2days off from work n goin around all the branches in east london. Thanx everyone for being supportive!!

Hello guys, Had anyone received letters from sanclare finance? i got a letter this morning asking to repay the arrears that bpf added on my account so far..they are being so generous to me, they gave me four days to repay the debt (letter dated 9th sept n i received it today). If i failed to comply with their request, they will continue their efforts to get full balance from me:lol:..i received my final response from BPF n its clearly stating that they will remove all arrears on my account as a gesture of good will:shock:. I sent this response to mercers when they were after me for the payments, didn't hear from them after i sent this letter. I guess all our accounts must have been passed to sanclare now..i will sent this same letter again to them, lets c what they say!!
  9. Being visited by resolvecall, i complained to consumer direct for advice about dispute n harassments bein made by bpf, i received weired response from consumer direct. I really don't want to post here to upset u all.. @skybule..can u tell me where did u get this response from? i got mine from consumerdirect-eastmidlands. @Fuzz..u might be receiving lots of mails from all of us, i sent that stupid response to ur mail with subject line: 'consumer direct response with ref. no'. Please have a look at that mail, hope it will help us with our case. Thanking you all!

I know its just waste of time, but i did contact computeach to get so called dedicated course structure according to bpf..they replied with the following: "Your contract remains with Barclays we will continue to support you under our terms and condition which can be found at www.computeach.co.uk/terms. The course we have you enrolled upon is Support Professional with Microsoft Database Administrator. We will supply course materials and resources including tutorial support up until your contract end date of which has been extended via Barclays of 3 additional months your end of contract date. If you disagree with the contract end date please send a copy of your enrolment form with terms and conditions that states that there was no end date or the end date was different to your contract and we will investigate with Barclays. We will also supply all exam vouchers required within this time period including re sits, you are able to attend our in centre training days held at our centre in Dudley in the West Midlands, if however you are unable to make these days we can supply exam vouchers for you to sit the exam at a local testing centre to yourself. We also have a dedicated Careers time that can help you find jobs and help with CV writing and interview techniques, you can register on our student website to use this services as soon as you become a Computeach student. Should you wish to continue to study after your contract ends we able to continue your training via our Computeach learning plan. This is an initial contract for a minimum of 12 months and can be paid monthly at £139.95 per month. After the initial 12 months you can continue on a month by month basis paying £139.95 monthly." So where is the point for like wise training when they are asking for monthly payments after the end date..in my enrolment form there was no end date at all.
  11. hello guys, did anyone had visits from resolvecall so far? i had a bloke this afternoon at my doorstep begging for money..i wrote to mercers with my situation n also mentioned that i'm part of action group. I send this letter with the attachment of BPF response to my complaint (saying as a gesture of goodwill, we are willing to reimburse you with the charges we added on your account). I did send this letter by recorded next day delivery...when i called them 3days back, they said there was no such remark on my account n asked me to resend BPF's response again, also agreed to put my account on hold for 14days. Today when this guy asked to clear my arrers, i just lost my temper n had a right go at him.he called mercers n told them about bpf's letter. All he did is just apologise to me n left quietly..it shows how stupid they are..no communication between any of them. Luckily i got bpf's response..or else i dont know how to handle the situation..that bloke doesn't know anything about our case, just need money from me..i'm little bit worried now with the situation n am totally stressed up..sorry for the long post. i will feel better if i share information with u guyz!!   12. well i had final response from BPf saying all crap about computeaach and agreed to clear only arrears they added on my account since may'10. but still i'm getting letters from mercers n resolvecall asking to clear those arrears. i sent bpf's response to mercers n when i called them, they said they had lots of letters everyday n asking me to give them the ref. no from bpf's letter..so its just waste of my money on recorded deliveries:mad:.. This morning i had a letter from bpf again stating: " despite our previous correspondence and attempts to contact you, your account with Advent consulting Ltd remains in arrears. This matter has now been passed to our debt collection agency for escalated recovery action. Sanclare Financial 0844 555 2123. You have previously been advised that Advent consulting Ltd shares information with licensed credit reference agencies. Your account is seriously behind with payments, and as such will be registering adversely at these agencies. This will affect your ability to obtain future credit. If a third party is assisting you in your financial affairs you should notify them on this so they can update their records accordingly." so now we are goin to get harassments from another f****rs, sanclare..excellent, so they will pass the same file to many debt collectors as they wish:?. Are they referring to Hausfled in their response regards third party? Also Advent consulting LTd is sharing information with CRA's, not BPF.. Has anyone else got this letter? going mad with all these s**t! Please advice me what to do next..thanx.
  13. hello guyz, i guess no one had a response for bpf offering to reimburse default charges added to our accounts so far..this is the final response i received from them along with the same crap about computeach.. Had also two threatening letters from mercers y'day asking to clear arrears. since bpf cleared all arrears on my account, i sent a letter to mercers with this final response. waiting to see what they are goin to come back with..

  15. hello guys..i had final response from bpf today( sealed well this time!). I'm following this thread since beginning. In that letter it said the same crap about computeach and explained s75 is fullfilled by bpf..if i wont take computeach it will be breach of my obligation towards the contract. It also said: "as a gesture of goodwill, we are willing to reimburse you a further £290 in charges. This has been applied to your account. This will take your account out of arrears". I was quite surprised with this kind of pleasant letter from them mentioning that "you are correct about the fact mentioned in your previous letters"..why they have to add arrears on accounts in first place and f**k up my credit report and why they want to please me with the removal of those arrears. Any one had this kind of response? if not, i will forward this to our lawyers for consideration. i would like to write them again that i'm not satisified with the response and also about those gospel letters..any suggestions? Fuzzbutt! i can imagine ur situation..but please don't giveup so quickly..we all here to support you and this is the only hope we had. if you need a full copy of my response, plz let me know. Thanx!
