Hi, I have not been on CAG for a while but I am very angry with N Power, I did a price comparison as my deal with British Gas was coming to an end. N Power looked as if they were going to save me £90 a month. I have been with them for 4 weeks and they now say they are going to increase my direct debit by £40 a month from September. Can they do this I am now going to be £10 a month worse off than if I had stayed with British Gas

not sure about the answer to this one, my friend has a problem, unbeknown to her her husband had a lot of credit card debts. He received a court summons for non payment, put in in a drawer and hoped it would go away. He then got a CCJ. This all came to light when she was turned down for a loan "by association" Can she do anything about this? Or will she have to wait 6 years for his credit file to clear? Obviously she does not want to leave him in ord er to get credit!

My eldest grand daughter, Ruth, has got a place at dancing college in London. Dancing is all she has wanted to do, ever since she was a very little girl. So now she can live her dream, well done Ruth, I am so happy for her and the proudest grandma in the world!!

I went to vote as I promised someone I would. I went at 5.15 pm, my husband was number 61 and I was 62. That was from 7 am this morning. What a farce. Apparently one local polling station had had 30 peeps up until then. Total waste of money and time
