Since Advent (who is also Anglo Capital) is claiming insolvency it is unlawful and constitutes fraud for Anglo Capital to take payment when the company is no longer solvent / able to trade.

In case of success we can even pay £100 each(for example) to a solicitor who will act on behalf of us. Someone could get 600k for getting it done!

Agree! I think they should offer us a choice to have an alternative provider or get a refund. --edit Has anyone been in a Barclays Bank Office yet? I was told that I should go there and write a form for refund, as they can not do it verbally by phone.

yes and unfortunately to CDL owners, accordingly to the contract, they cannot get a refund
