Hi again. Those good people at UKCPS must have been busy. Just got a letter from 'court proceedings Limited London' 81 Oxford street, W1D 2EU. Demanding 'Immediate payment required' of a 'reduced amount of £95' 'your failure to comply to this final offer will automatically result in court action being progressed for the original debt in full pluss all associated costs which could exceed £325' Best call them on '08708 900 281' then and pay my 'fine'

Quick update, havnt heard anything for a little while from these cowboys, maybe theyre busy prepairing the court case!

Another quick update, just got my first letter from the 'debt collectors' Roxburghe. they have given me 7 days to pay. Ooooh, what shall I do?

Gout a couple more letters. dont think one of them is threatening court yet though. Will post them up sometime.

just a quick update, got the letter saying they are preparing court papers. should get round to posting them up sometime. Still wont be paying!

Hi, Im sure a few of you will have read my other thread (Yet another UKCPS ticket thread), so just thought Id start this one too. Basically, Ive just received a Parking Charge Notice from Excel, with picture, for parking in the George St - Wakefield carpark. Funny thing is, I had my wife and daughter with me, and definately paid in the parking ticket machine. Its one of those stupid ones that you have to put your reg no into. We also didnt overstay our time, as we only visited one shop just around the corner. Once Ive removed sensative info Ill upload a copy of it. Needless to say, I wont be paying them a penny. Please excuse the spelling, I havnt slept for about 35 hours due to my wife giving birth to my son.

Thanks for doing that. Not yet had another yet, but will keep you updated as and when. Its like they are begging for money when they offer you 50% off! not really showing any credibility are they.

Does anyone know how the 2 court cases went / are progressing? just curious.

Ive just been reading the county court claim thread. Would it be possible for aworriedmotorist to give an update on progress, obviously not going into too much detail for the trolls to pick up on?
