Hi everyone, I'm a student at keele uni and recently got a £50 (or £25 if I pay within 28 days) fine because according to the their parking notice I 'Parked without clearly displaying the required permit or pay and display ticket'. This was true in the sense that the bottom 1/4 was not showing due to it being covered by the tax disc holder, however I still can't see why this is a good enough reason to pay the fine. The firm itself the is a private firm called carparkingpartnership and the uni said it's got nothing to do with them. What should I do guys, any help would be greatly appreciated, John
