  1. I am moving into a new house with existing landline and broadband. Talktalk want to charge me £70 cancellation charge for breaking contract and threatened me with court action and adverse credit rating. I have told Talktalk THEY broke contract by taking 52 days to connect my landline, not 7/14 days as quoted, and 80 days to connect broadband not 21/28 days as quoted. What should I do?
