  5. Hello all, I'm currently involed in action against my bank, and it got me thinking what other money i was owed! Febuary 2005 I bought 2 eurostar youth tickets to paris, and due to a mislaid passport we were unable to travel. When I went back to waterloo get a refund I was told these tickets were not refundable. Had I have paid a full adult fare they would have been. This cost me £198. I was not told at the time of sale these tickets were no-refundable, nor was I given a copy of and terms and conditions. I just wondered wheather I would have a claim for this money? Any thou
  6. hello, have now spoken to hsbc, and with a bit of wrangling i have agreed to a new managed loan, which clears the arrers, current acount, and current loan. NO DEFAULT! Had to offer a bit more per month, but have pro-rata'd the other 2 to compansate. So now i can continue to chase them for the £900 worth of charges! thanks for the advice, i know it is'nt strictly 'on topic' but other people will be in the same position! It seams if you are positve, and can offer a bit more, they are willing to help you. I did also point out to them that if they defulted me they would loose all tha

I have had nemerous arangments with them that i couldnt keep up. and the issued a defualt notice to me on the 4/11/05. I then continued to struggle with the payments, and in januarry this year they registered it. My account is now being dealt with blair oliver and scott, (who have allowed me to have an arangment is can afford, and no interest!). What can I do to reclaim the money, as I havent actually paid it

  10. Hello, Hope someone can suggest where to go from! Last year i had an agreed overdraft of £400 from hsbc, which i went over. To cut a long story short I ended up owing £1300 of which £600-£700 was made up of charges (I have the statments, just havent added it all up yet). HSBC gave me a managed loan which cleared this debt and credit card. I merrly paid £50 a month until december when I ended up unemployed. I was unable to make the £50 payment into my current account and therefore the loan payment bonced £30 reversal fee plus £25 overdraft fee = £55. I am only able to pay in £50 a
