I have not replied to 2nd letter from them, asking me to name the driver who was driving my car at the time, and im not going to reply to any other letters from them , threatening or not!! i will ignore all!.

i no i sould ignore, but the general advise was to only contact them if they contact you first which is what i did. is it ok to cease contact now does anyone no?

hi, iv had parking ticket from euro car parks too, i sent off the first template letter say im the owner but not the driver on that day, ive had letter back saying ( i sud bear in mind that by stating many peolple have access to my car and as a result the defendant cannot state who had it at any one given time,or date then they are confirming that they did not know who was driving and therefore cannot be certain the vechicle was insured ) , so cant really send off the 2nd template letter now can i?? what do i do now??? anyone know?
