  4. Marston, Philips, Swift and another one in wales (Excel maybe?) can and do 'carry out' arrest warrants for magistrates fines
  5. Have you had confirmation from the council that they have recalled this from bailiffs? Which council is it?
  6. It won't show until it is clear in your account, normally takes 3 working days If this happens in future I would insist they do the transfer by CHAPS rather than BACS as this is virtually instantaneous
  7. would it be worth contacting a high court enforcement company and seeing if you can transfer this up so they can enforce it?

  9. Can you not mention it to Jim outside the work place and see if it can be resolved without you feeling the need to resign? Ultimatley it is up to you, you have to 'work and live' with it and if you can afford to give up a job in the current climate stick to your principles.

  16. He is colluding with the bailiffs in allowing them to apply fees for a constructive levy! You need to escalate this and point it out
