  1. thanks again and all credit to the lovely guy i spoke to at ryanair today who rebooked me on a direct flight foc although this was far more expensive! just spoke to the right person today maybe. no questions asked a no need to get stroppy! thanks ryanair!!! and perplexity!
  2. thanks for the reply.I think the problem is that the flight wasn't in fact cancelled.although it is now 6 hours earlier it has the same flight number.
  3. they have now told me that they are a point to point airline and don't offer connecting flights.so although will fully refund me for the changed flight im am stuck having to pay for the first one which i cant use as well as my return flight. OTHERS BEWARE. I have spent a total of £450 on flights which are now useless and entitled to a refund of about £60!!! Thanks ryanair!
  4. :mad:hi.any help much appreciated. i recently booked flights with ryanair.flght 1:uk to france, flight 2 france to spain.i received a email from ryanair telling me that the schedule for flight 2 had been changed.it now leaves before flight 2 leaves the uk. i was offered a refund for flight 2 but not for flight 1(which is obviously of no use to me now). they do also have direct flights available either the day before or the day after(these are however much more expensive than the sum of my 2 original bookings). do ryanair have any obligation either a:to offer me a direct flight or b;to reimburse me for both flights. any advice on my rights and/or a decent contact at ryanair to seek resolution would be brilliant. thanks
  5. agent due on wednesday-plan should start 1/02
  6. both pde and qq did pass to a dca.but no letters aor calls fro them fo 4 months?tried to find cases where payday lenders have actually gone to court bu couldn't find anything.in any case another couple of ccjs will make no difference to my credit file
  7. also just about to default with cash genie and wage day advance.i have informed them that i am entering a dmp and cannot pay but no response yet!!
  8. :confused:i'm new to this site as just facing up to financial reality after loads of stupid"bad credit borrowing"-hope i'm on the right forum for some advice. i have just agreed a dmp and awaiting paperwork.in the meantime i'm about to default on 3 payday loans and awaiting my provident agent coming round to collect a payment which i haven't got.any advice on how to deal with 1.provident.2 payday loan companies until my plan is finalised would be greatly appreciated.
  9. i'm about to enter a debt management programme.my question is that a had a couple of payday loans over a year ago-haven't paid them anything for about 10 months.got all the usual calls and letters.ignored them all.heard nothing for about 4 months now.have they given up?should i add them to my dmp?or simply hope the've gone away??(i did actually pay them more in interest than my initial loan so they have already made a profit from me,but like so many others kept rolling over then couldn't even afford that!)
