When we filed a claim it took months to get back to us, when they finally got back to us the refused to pay the claim saying we had not given them all the information, the same information that we had sent to them, THEY ARE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY; THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU OUT WHEN REQUIRED.
