Yes but EURO CAR PARKS seem like a professional company, maybe check there website, tell me what you think, if you do not mind. So they cannot take me caught then end of??? EURO will not take me court, end of lol?

Michael - I really want it, it just the whole i expired over the time, has anyone actually been caught with these people? Also has anyone been taking caught from a council parking ticket?

Hi all, Ok i have posted a thread before, thing is im not convinced im in the right, i basically parked my car 1 hour over the expiry time on the ticket, i got a £70 fine, what shall i do? I have had mixed thoughts, some saying they will take you court and some saying ignore it. Now the ones that having been saying they will take you court are actual people and not on this website. Thing is, i do not want to pay and i want to appeal as i rekon there is a chance i can get out of it due to extreme circumstances in my letter. I park there 5 days a week and have salvaged 80 parking reciepts to show them along with my story. Although i do not want to send it as it may help them in court if they may take me and not quash the parking notice. I need a little reasurance here guys and girls. As i do not want any trouble or fork out anymore money then i already have to pay. Any comments are welcome, thanks

I posted a thread last week regarding my issue with them, in a nut shell - I got a £70 fine for overstaying by about an hour, due to staying at work (no option) I got to my car and the attendant was there i explained my fustration he said just appeal. Ill be honest with you, im getting kinda worried at moment, waiting on these series of letters, i do actually trust you guys but nothing can be certain right? I was literally an hour over the expiry time, there was no one else left in the car park other then 5 cars with ticket on them all. I have had the worst 2 weeks of my life so last thing i want is a court summons, can you reassure me?

Right people i have not recieved anything as yet through the post but while on the matter has anyone else had any trouble with EURO CAR PARKS before?

Yeh it does seem that i should ignore them, has there honestly anyone gone to court regarding a PPC ticket? As it seems to me that we could just park our cars in PPC and nothing wud happen!

Hello everyone, i have a slight dilemma. i returned to the car park i use on a regular basis at 20.05 to fine the parking attendant issuing me a parking notice. I ran and asked him can he remove it as i was here and explained my fustration of being kept behind in work due to a thief, i had to run through some footage with security and had no choice but to stay. I have wrote a appeal and stated i know i am in the wrong by overstaying my welcome by an hour but it was out of my control. The same night i got home a salavaged 80 parking tickets from the same car park i use. I will photocopy 20 of them and tell them they can have the other 60 on request. The thing is i have done my homework on this private parking and it seems that it is all a big [problem]. But part of me thinks that if i do leave it and collect the series of letter they send. because i am in the wrong by not returning to my car they will take me court. Can some one just reassure me if they have had a similar problem with EURO before. It seems to me on what i am reading is that it is a big mail scarm and they they rely on scare tactics to get honest people who do not pursue it to pay up.
