I've had a Monument card from back in the days when they were owned by Barclays, and they wrote to me over the summer to say they were ending my agreement with them (as per my original agreement with them) in 30 days' time. I've been able since then to just continue making my regular payments as before, but I can't find my copy of my original agreement (I'm not that organised and have moved house twice since I got the card!). I've looked around for CCA request letter templates, but I can't seem to find one that refers to what I need - which is that I don't have my original copy so I can't refer to it (though obviously I've been making payments so there's no default on the account). Could someone point me in the right direction for this template? I don't want to be too narky to start with, as so far they haven't done anything wrong (well, apart from the APR being put up several times in the past without giving me the option to end the agreement). Thanks!
