  1. Hi The only place to start is at the begining. After having lots of trouble with Rosendales demanding hundrands of pounds every week managed to get my local council to talk to them and set up an agreement that I could afford to pay each week. Which I have been every week with out fail at the local post office so I had reciets. That was a year ago or a bit less. I moved house 4 weeks ago (still paying Rosendales may I add) and i had servel letters from the council in one day saying diffrent things and a letter from Rosendale saying I had defaulted and they were coming to get goods.
  2. My husband has been working for [EDIT] a West Country chain of main motor dealerships for the last 3 year and a yer and a half of that he has been bullied. Not just verbally but physically. (had equipment thrown into his back leaving bruises, broken hand, pinned up against the wall etc... I had, had enough of him coming home so unhappy and seeing his mental and physical state go down hill. That last week I sent in a 3 page written detailed complaint, naming people and giving dates of when things had happend. I sent this to the boss, [EDIT] Mr. Xxxxxxx. [EDIT] Mr. Xxxxxxx called up
  3. Yes this is for council tax. When I went on maternity leave after giving birth to my 18 month old we began to have money problems and got our selfeves behind payments. So if I pay the council direct will that mean they will call off this Steve Curnow guy from coming around. The ony thing is I just do not have any money left to pay the council this month as we have given Rossendales all the money we can find this month. (I had to take a lone out from a door stop company to find some of the £550 that was paid last week.) I wish I new about this site las week it has been really usefull.
  4. The original total from the council was £1267.39. We never recived a court order just a liability order and then all the paper work from Rossendales.
  5. What they put on the wap was my car, sofa, microwave, t.v, dvd player and hi-fi. I will not let him in thank you for that. If I am not in can they do anything? Will I come home to things missing from my house? Thank you for that letter hallowwitch I will print that of and post it today. After seeing this Stev Curnow on youtub I now extremly scard of him, even more so as I will have 2 babies with me on Wednesday.
  6. yes thank you I saw that. I am so glade I was out when he came around. My wife would of been really frightened by him.
  7. Please please can some one help me. A bailiff from Rossendales came around 2 months ago and my husband signed a walking possession agreement with out knowing what it was. I filled in the form about our income and out goings and sent it back to them with an offer of paying them £20 a month as we are on a low income and trying to paying off other debts. They sent us a letter asking for £120 a week which we could not afford to pay. My husband contacted them and said we could not pay this amount but they were not interested in listening. The next thing while I was out a bailiff came around and lef
