  3. Really need help here guys and girls. got so much info on house repossesion and charging orders! just need help with this little one! Credit cards blah blah done with you all, so stuck on this one.
  4. Please can someone 2nd this then I can take action? There is nowhere about if I have paid so nd so on agreement but as said it is regulated. Basically hire agreement was for £18,000,00 and we have paid £14,000,00 after they auctioned vehicle they are chasing for £3,100 ish?
  5. Yes it is regulated but please remember it is a Lease Finance Hire agreement not a hire purchase so does this still apply?
  6. Hi All Does anyone understand about a Lease Finance Hire Agreement? Voluntary handed vehicle back and they are chasing me for the shortfall of £3000 odd. Agreement was terminated over a year ago. Does the bit about paying a certain amount still stand? Agreement was ment to finish this month originally handed back vehicle in december. Had no inspection report and no figures from auction? Any help or advice would be greatly received
  7. Heres a wierd thing!! Got a redemption from SPPL - no headed paper and gave me the account details to pay into - account name in there name - OK fine BUT it was sent with their Solictitors letter informing me that there is an additional charge for there legal fees on top of redemption and they have givin me their account deatails to redeem the mortgage. On the letter from SPPL (not headed) it states that the figure includes all legal fees and arrears collection fees:???: I will be telling my Solicitors to pay SPPL as obviously there solicitors cannot remove the charge. Dont you think it is all abit strange. I requested this myself as ou Solicitors have asked Capstone for redemption - it will be very interresting to see if there figurs differ and they ask us to pay into there account.

  10. Good advice but loan with SPPL is un-regulated?? Main mortgage I believe is regulated.
  11. Firstly sorry if I upset anyone that was not my intention. Answer to the above is yes it was our only option. Asked both lenders to cap arrears or pay interest only - Both said NO. Tried to get on the Mortgage Rescue Scheme - both lenders said no. When we were issued with a 7 day eviction order (which thanks to all on here we suspended) we decided having been packing for what seems like weeks that we could never have done that if they had won. Lastly we are trying to rent but as everyone knows if your credit is bad then they appear to ask for about 6 months up-front. Hope after redemtion figures come in we will have that. Hope this helps
  12. Thing is you can all keep the wolves from the door my Husband being self employed cant hence our position. I will stay with you all but we seem to be on our own. I wanted to carry on fighting after 5 years but CANT thats it i'm taken had enough just going to let it go----my home for 17 years- oh well hope you all get better than me.

  14. I will ask Solicitors tomorrow but why do they say they need our authority and then say that they will not deal with them through the Solicitors etc?? It does not make any sense! Why say we need to sign and give authority and then say that they wont disclose any info re our mortgage to the Customers meaning Solicitors and Estate agents??

  18. Noticed this thread is going COLD come on you lot lets get together. If I can being bild over by this lot and moving into rented and still figh then cant we all?? Cant get on here all the time as still packing boxes. The only thing holding us up is Crapstone coz they want a signature and still not sent SARS last date due 14th April. Gave them all the 40 working days they need.
