Hi guys thanks for allowing me use of the forum. Here is my grievance. Until July of this year I used virgin media for internet. When I moved house at the end of July I called to cancel my contract. I continued to receive post, so I called again to check they knew I had cancelled - and no, there was no record of my call...so I informed them, again, that I was cancelling.
