  1. It's £89 short of the full amount, but would accept it, could I write to them and accept it and request the pending £125 be removed?
  2. It's a part offer, total was £839
  3. I'm happy to accept the £750, would I send another 1st letter claiming for the £125, as I did for my original claim?
  4. Sent my first letter off and have received an offer of £750, after the letter was sent, my account showed that charges of £125 will be taken at the start of August, is there anyway I can claim these back?
  5. Recieved my letter, offering me £750 back, got charges of £125 going out at the start of August, is there any way I can get these back without sending another letter?
  6. Well HSBC received my letter 2 weeks ago today, do I leave it for 14 working days or should I send the second letter as I have not received any response from them
  7. Well posted my letter out by registered post to Mr Petty on the 7th July, so only a few days left for a response!
  8. Well I've checked my statements which go back to before I was being charged and I have been charged 271.51 in Interest and 564.00 in Charges.
  9. Can I claim for interest that they put on my account or just for charges for returned direct debits and overdraft charges?
  10. Do I make the cheque out to Mr Pretty or HSBC?
  11. Cool, will do then, I'll send Mr Pretty a letter. Thanks for the advice
  12. Do I claim for the charges and the interest put on the account or just the charges?
  13. Well think I have the majority of the statements from the last 4 years, which was before I started getting charged, so don't need to request statements, now to count up the charges.
  14. Searching the Data Comission link and trying to find who to send the initial request for statements to for HSBC. Anyone know who I need to send it to? Thanks
