Pegasus, send a reqest letter but include that you do not require a copy of an application form as sent but a copy of your original credit agreement which must contain all the prescribed terms and be contained in a single document section 60(1), if they reply with a edited copy asking you to confirm your signiture dont !!

Pegasus ,thats not a credit agreement ,they send them out to confuse or frighten you into paying

Can anyone help with overdraugt debt ,because a DCA is threatening court action ,is this debt not covered by CCA1974 ?

Is this robbers and way a credit card debt or loan? i have had lots of dealings with these DCAs and although im new to the forums i think i can help im currently at set aside stage with these
