My mate works for WFS, I heard they are relocating, the company is not going under, which means, they will not go out knocking on anyones door. the really bad accounts will be taken over by another company and the rules will be worse thn wfs's.

Hi, first of all, they cant force you to pay ****eee. You pay what ever you can afford, they are trying to get as much money as they can and will try every little trick. She quoted a unreasonable amout to you, so that she can put the account forward to the re-possessing team, but they cant take the car away if you pay piddly amount. and if you have paid 1/3 they deffinately cannot take the car. dont worry, keep paying what ever you can afford, to keep the arrears to minimum, otherwise they you will be charged for the arrears and intrest on top of that.
