  1. To elaburate on the second part the company policy is to work to the buzzer. As the building we work in is seperate from the main building and there is no audible alarm in there,even though we have requisted one as this situation has occured before with the same disciplinary procedure followed. Yes i agree he could buy a watch but unless it timed the same as the buzzer system this situation will reoccur. The main reason for this post was assertain as to whether the details of time, date and location had to be present on the disciplinary letter. To add to this they havent asked for an informal meeting as to explain what the disciplinary is for. Thanks for the advise.....
  2. A colleage of mine is up on a disciplinary next week of which i am attending with him hasn`t been given the date,time and location of the offence he has suppossed to have done for the first charge. Second one accused of finishing before the end of the shift where there is no provision of a clock or audible alarm to signify the end of the shift. Please advise. Madhat
