  1. Hi all. Apparently I am unwilling to conduct my account in accordance with their Flex Account terms and conditions, so they are closing my account! Shame!!!! They have said that "rather than withdraw the overdraft facility immediately they will give me the same 30 days" although when I check my account there is no overdraft allowance? It is not a problem for me as they have very kindly repaid my overdraft for me by refunding their unfair charges!!!!!!! Keep up the fight everyone it will be worth it in the end

  3. Great news! Another 2 payemnts gone into my account overnight. I've checked my account online and my overdraftov £500 seems to be cancelled, never mind they also seem to have paid me more than I claimed? What should I do about this?

  5. I have just checked my account, three sums of money have been paid into my account today - £120, £250 and £138.70. These do not tie up with my claim exactly so I will wait to see what else goes in over the next few days! Can't wait! Then I will be making my donation to this wonderful site. Thank you all for your help and support.
  6. I am claiming £1400 plus interest! Over the lasy five years, sometimes they have bounced a direct debit fo £1.99 and charged £30 outrageous!!!

  10. I made my money claim on 12th July, Acknowledgment date 14th July!
  11. I have, today, received a 'Notice that Acknowledgmentof Service has been filed'. On the copy Acknowledgment of Service Charles BAcon has ticked the 'I intend to defend all of this claim' box. Is this what has been happening to everyone else. It is making me nervous!
  12. Today I have had a letter from Lee Clarke, Member Relations Manager, saying he is looking into my case and has 8 weeks to investigate. I did my moneyclaim yesterday, am I now in the wrong?

  14. When I have put in the Nationwide address above, the money claim program is offering me a different post code, which should I use?
