So what do we do to stop this from happening in Future & how do we get our money back?

Hi Jasb! Thanks for ur response. When I cancelled my Membership with LA fitness I Cancelled my Direct Debit with them. But this Nuyuu Fitness setup a New Direct Debit without even telling me & I never signed any Mandate. That's not fair & I believe it's fraud as accessing somebody's account without their permission. So what about the £42? How do I get it back? Any suggestions?

I used to be member of LA Fitness (Livingston) but my membership with them is sitting as cancelled since the 30/09/09. Why Nuyuu Fitness have taken Money £42 from my bank account without my Authorisation as I am not a Member anymore. I want that Money to be refunded to my Bank Account asap otherwise I am going to Contact West Lothian Trading Standards & Police as well as I have enough of this Nonsense. I need a response within 48 hours as Nuyuu fitness have committed a Fraud & I am definitely going to contact Police if this doesn't get resolved within 48 hours.
