Hey Guys, I wondered if someone could give me a bit of advise of my welcome finance loan. I took the loan out on 2007 for £2500. If im honest last year i experience finianicial difficulty so i joined a debt management company but they did not always pay when they say they had and i found myself more and more in trouble with welcome. I was sent a statement a couple of months ago to find my loan now stands at £4300 and the monthly payments i were paying were in my eyes were pointless as the interest was more than the payment i was making every month. I have spoken to one of the consultants at my local branch who has given me a settlement figure of £3200 so i am trying to get the money so i can get of this regretable loan! I no i need to request all my details and history they hold on me but to be honest when it comes through i wont have a clue what im looking for! Is there anyone i could take it to to advise?? Thanks

What i want to do it find out all my history transactions with welcome (I cant seem to open the form i need to send off) how would i then found if they increased my interested!! please help very confused!!!!
