Right. So I looked briefly over that amount of paper they used to print some stuff out. That just looks like a mess.. I managed to finally find a piece of data where I can actually clearly read that there is some date, amount of money and what was that. It's like the 20th part of all of it. Does it matter if it says 'subsequential 000 FEE' (which everytime was £50 if not £25) and 'initial 000 FEE' (which almost everytime was £25.. if not more and that 'initial' was the overdraft charge.. Bot of them created even £75 of charge a month...

Hello They just send me a provision of personal information letter that I can pick it up in the bank I stated. They send me the form to state the branch address twice but I don't have to send the second one back cuz I just received this letter today. So now I just need to go to this bank and tell them they gonna receive it. And then pick it up when they contact me. And then.. don't know yet, probably look at the stuff they gave me and try to think how much they should charge me and how much they did, I guess.

Hello guys, Some news here. I don't know should I b happy or b affraid Well, I think thats good they replied quite quickly. 'Provision of Personal Information'. They've sent me a form where they ask me to write the details of the branch I wish to collect any data supplied under my subject access request. That's nice of them that they ask. Well, they's always a delay Gonna send it back as soon as I can.

Oh..yes, nice one Thank you guys, you make me feel much better even tho nothing's solved yet.. Cheers. I've just prepared niiiice letter Sending it tomorrow. Hmm.. They make me so confused I'm not even sure who shall I write to. It's not straight to HSBC but MCS, but they don't write to me anymore straight from their registered office in Birmingham but it's a Central Debt Recovery Unit which I believe is like they say 'is a trading style of MCS'. So CDRU is MCS than, right? God, they're spreading.. By the way, what you reckon when are they going to send me stuff (Subject Access)? And wher

Hello there! Got a first letter today and I can't believe what are THEY like! They wrote to me that "above debt is still unpaid and will not go away." (do I look stupid?) And that "As recovery methods used in this country have now proved ineffective, we intend to refer your account to a firm of worldwide debt collectors based in Poland who will instruct one of their Officers to call at your home" !! Can they really do that? That's not right! I live in UK since 2005 not in Poland and I want to sort out my things in this country not there! I don't want anyone like that call my previous flat wh

Thank you, the most helpful person ever about this I shall send them a letter then I hope I won't need to wait ages before they send me that. I'm scared to think of it Umm.. So HSBC is going to send me that finally. At this point when they will receive my letter (I mean HSBC) will MCS still try to phone me and send me a letters to make me pay or whatever?

oh thank you u make me feel better now, even tho nothing is sorted yet lol. I live in UK 4 years now so it's allrite. I just changed my address since last time I had a letter from HSBC. I had a letter from MCS to this address but do you think should I attach something else to prove my address? Like, is a letter from my other bank where they say "thank you" for letting them know I changed my address? (and they hope I enjoy my new home lol). postal order will do then. Do you think I can attach something else? like copy of my ID or passport? I'll do recorded delivery as well so they won't say "

Oh, I was jutst thinking by looking at this letter. Where actually should I send it? Is that the main HSBC address which appears on the envelopes from the HSBC? And should I put this £10 note inside the envelope or somethin? (Sorry for stupid questions... I've never dealt with anything like this before. I was worried cuz I thought my english might not be that good, but it's actually not that bad I guess.. )

I think they got me down already lol I know exactly what they do.. Unfortunately I always feel not strong enough to fight with them. HSBC (all the people who knows about banking and law) vs me who knows not much.. However I know something and that's a start I guess.. I'm just worrying too much. Before they've foreward my debt to MCS which was created basically on their charges made also of bouncing a checks.. is that make any difference? I asked them a few times to stop those checks or do whatever to stop those charges (hsbc: yeah whatever). I was trying to sort out my money problem (as I got

Thank you for information JOHNNYMITCH I'll read it more properly when I'll be back from university. I'm scared to do anything though but they made my life a hell now and I won't leave it.. hmm I just remind myself a "funny" thing about HSBC when I was talking on the phone about my growing debt (becouse of the charges basically) and was asking them to stop charging me so I can pay my overdraft and do anything else later to prevent it or whatever.. and I heard on the phone: "you shouldn't been making a debt on your account and you wouldn't have a problem". It's not word to word how it sounded l
