Hi, im new to this, would like some advice please, in a similar situation to the person above, however, the amount owing is approximately £4k , of which half are bank charges, this was originally in dispute at the time and as a result of not dealt with properly, refereed to a third party (debt collectors). This was an outstanding balance before i went to university. I am now a postgraduate and received a letter, i have agreed to may minimal as i am currently funding my post grad studies, however, how do i go about claiming back/getting an investigation started about the original dispute (bank charges), rather going the long way around and giving them what they want??? Advice would be greatly appreciated. Regards Dee
