Hi cut it have you had experience with them? I heard there is a new law to appeal against your clamping and get money returned, does anyone know how I can go about this? Thanks x

Hi Jody123, I know this issue was a year ago but myself and my partner are having a similar situation at the moment and I just wondered what the putcome was of your dispute. My partner and I at seperate times requested to end our contracts and gave our 30 day notice. We both got sent sim cards that we didnt request and now in total are being asked for £300! as we dint register the sim cards that we didnt want in the first place! What the outcome with yours was may just help me know what we have to come thanks x
