  1. I was at work a couple of days ago and a couple of worker picked up my motorcycle and moved it without permission or even asking for it to be moved. I was enraged when this happened and wrote a message on the other employees message board. The message was that I would cause damage to the other persons motorcycle if he damaged my motorcycle. I admit it was a bit hasty of me. When the other worker returned to work he went to the office and made a complaint about what I had written and I was called into the office for a talk about it. I was told to take my time, calm down and appologise for writing the message. During this meeting I raised a complaint about the person moving my motorcycle. Afterwards I returned to work and was calming down when the person I complained about walked past and made a comment about not needing a new motorcycle which further enraged me. So after a minute or two I had brewed myself into a full blown rage and went to this person and said that I would not appologise and that he was a piece of ****. Later that day I received a letter for a disciplinary hearing. I was now livid and went to the office to see the person who deals with the disciplinary hearing. I put my views on the matter and during the conversation he said that because the other person who moved my motorcycle without permission was a supervisor and that I was a mere worker he was swayed towards the supervisors side because he was in a position of responsibility. I feel that I have been victimised because: 1) the other person is a supervisor, 2) I was being made to apologise when in my opinion the supervisor was in the wrong, and 3) the supervisor was only told not to move my motorcycle again, no appology or anything. What do any of you guys think.
