  1. Don't make the mistake of letting access/contact issues cloud CSA matters. The two have absolutely no affect on each other.
  2. In practice, the CSA, as part of the DWP doesn't charge the £10 SAR fee. Phone calls are recorded and routinely listened to, by either line management and/or the complaints team, if there is a dispute over what was stated during the call.
  3. Everyone I know who has had the swine flu jab has suffered the sore arm. The seasonal flu jab has always been pretty painless

    Perhaps the want to keep track of where the drugs actually go? Most pharmacists will deliver prescriptions now to anyone who asks. The pharmacists covers the cost from their fee.
  5. I was taken off this because I have high blood pressure and there are some concerns about the use of venlafaxine in hypertensive patients. Talk to your GP if you're at all concerned
  6. I'd like to add my weight to the above. I've been with the co-op (a cashminder account) for several years. They were particularly helpful after I had a mini-stroke (TIA) and was in a state of confusion for several weeks.
