about 3 months ago i bought a bargain 37" T.V from currys. When i got home and put it on the wall, lines went across the bottom 2 thirds of the screen then formed a black box covering most of the screen. Although annoying the problem went after about 10 minutes and the T.V worked fine. But this happened every time it was turned on. They sent out 6 different engineers and took it away twice before yesterday i got a letter saying it was being written off. i went to the store where i was told i could have a "like for like" replacement up to the amount i payed for it. As it was such a bargain the best i could get for the amount i payed was a 27" T.V. I dont want a refund as i wont get the same size tv anywere else and i just want a replacement. I am wondering where i stand with this? thanks for any help
