i dont want this annoyance over me forever i want fast responses from them if i cant get that then they have very little chance of that then why should i respond or make payment within 7 days ? i would love to see them try take me to court ill counter sue for as much as i can

well no response from my letter i sent over 2 weeks ago i gave them 10 working days so thats 2 weeks if they can throw out demands for payment within 7 days i to can also throw out demands any further correspondance will be delt with accordingly not to everyone if send a LOD send it 1st class with a certificate of post not recorded if you send it recorded someone has to sign for the letter with them maybe looking at them first as they would be deemed more important and to be replyed to as soon as possible

I got a nice family friend to write me a letter she has a English law degree and has worked for many lawyer firms when i showed her the letter she laughed! and said there letters are a joke the paper itself was like somethign a school would print stuff on not very proffesional amongst other things They have 10 working days ie till friday to respond to my letter or all matters will be resolved and in my favour any more letters after this date will be deemed as harassment and the correct authorities will be contacted

it is funny becuase the original DL letter said if i dont respond or pay within 21 days i may be takne to court that was over 10 months ago

Hi all just registerd I got a letter on friday there saying that i have 7 days to make payment by ACS now i previously got a letter for DL back in nov 2008 demanding 550 for a scooter album i ignored the letter initially after getting advise from a family friend who studied english law now almost 10 months later i get another letter but from ACS law should i just ignore the letter again or send a template letter back of my denial over that 10 months my harddrive did pack in so i got a new one so surely even if i had or hadnt downloaded any file i would no longer be visible is that correct?
