    Well tell them when they ring that you will "go and get her" but you will be a few minutes. Then leave the phone on the side. It will cost them then! Just leave it 10 minutes and see if they have hung up. Or if when you recognise the number when they ring you can answer it and blow raspberries down the phone and giggle! OR answer it and blow a loud whistle down the phone. Play with them, they will get bored first!

    I guess they have to prove the agreement anyway so well done! Good result I had the same with AOL lies & poor service after alternative BB set up then stopped the payments and they said you can`t! See you in court then! Never heard a thing.

    I guess it depends on how scary it all sounds to them how much of the wording is understood etc. I wouldn`t be happy writing a letter unless I fully understood what it all meant & knew all about it. But of course they can always come back here for help from you...

    I think they pay something like £2.50 for each reg request so DVLA make millions out of it! But now thanks to this site and you taking the time to google it, they will make nothing out of you & any friends that you care to inform of this dodgy dealing parking pratts! Well done!

    I thought gatwick land was on Crawley council but obviously they don`t own the airport, and car parking companies NCP etc pay a revenue to the airport owners, otherwise the airport would make the millions from the parking themselves.

    Just letters, they are NOT bailiffs, only bailiffs can do that and it would have to go to court for them to do that which they won`t. Stop panicking! Read more on here or wait for someone else to confirm, which you will also see on other posts. Off to bed now, don`t worry about it. You found this site so you beat the **** people, they are like rogue traders.

    I had one from NCP which led to googling and this site & ignoring the 6 standard letters and a bit of wait and hope they are right and convince the wife they were right, they were! Safe now in the knowledge to help others and spread the word and save them money too...

    Well I think other will just say ignore but see if you can convince family that it is a [problem], if someone comes to the door that you don`t know then just ignore it, you don`t have to open it. If someone calls then thats SO easy, when you realise who it is then just say hold on a minute and put the phone on the side, then we all blow raspberries down the phone and laugh a lot! It is SO funny and I never get a call more than once:wink:

    Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and went and pushed the ticket into the plastic windscreen clip the wrong way around and left the car without noticing it. So I thought it was upside down not back to front so calm down...

    Well considering they take evidence pictures these days, if he was too thick to be able to read it then he could just turn the image 180 degrees on the camera! Oh yeah it`s rocket science combined with stupidity!

    Difficult to know what to do but I think personally I would queue at barrier, refuse to pay, forming a queue! Good luck!

    DX I thought at stanstead it was one way system for the drop off? Is there now a barrier or do you have to park? At gatwick the idiots want taxi`s (local) to park to pick up... Staff just want the car to pull up, get in & go. Either won`t be accepting jobs "from" Stanstead or the price goes on the fare. Always been a greedy place to pick up with A******* wardens.
