PROMOTIONAL OFFER The 14-day trial offer for Pro Cleanseincludes enrolment in our auto home delivery program, which is subject to the auto home delivery program terms described below. The 14-day trial period starts the same day of purchase. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. However, you should contact customer service immediately if you do not receive your product within 7 days after order is placed so that we can adjust your trial period to ensure you have enough time to try the product. When the product ships, we will charge the non-refundable shipping and handling fee specified on the checkout page to the card you provided at checkout. You will receive an email notice confirming your order so that you know when your trial period starts and when your card has been charged for shipping and handling, or if you didn’t receive your email. We also reserve the right to perform an inquiry on your credit card once you place the order, to guarantee us that funds in the amount of £37.50 will be available when the trial ends. You must contact customer service before the end of the 14-day trial period to cancel and avoid further charges. If you do not cancel, we will charge £37.50 on the day your trial period ends to the card you provided at checkout and you will continue with the auto delivery program. 2. AUTO HOME DELIVERY PROGRAM Unless you cancel, the auto delivery program will begin shipping you a fresh one-month supply of the product about 30 days after you place your trial order and every 30 days thereafter. When each month’s supply ships, we will automatically charge the monthly fee of £37.50 plus £4.95 postage and packing to the card you provided when you signed up for the trial offer. You may cancel your enrolment in the auto delivery program at any time by contacting customer service. Shipping and handling may range from £4.95 to £9.95 and is subject to change without notice. 3. SHIPPING TERMS All products will be shipped to you via Royal Mail first class service. We will dispatch your order on the same day if you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday. If you place your order after 3pm at the weekend, it will be sent out on the next working day. Please not we do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times but most Royal Mail 1st class packages are received within 1 to 2 days. 4. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION POLICY Because a variety of instances beyond our control may occur at your shipping address, customers agree that any delivery confirmation (even those that don't include a signature) provided by the selected shipping provider is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder. 5. CANCELLATION POLICY To cancel call our customer service free on 0844 745 1722. Live customer service agents are available Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm, excluding holidays and special events. Please have your order number available to cancel. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, you will not be charged for any products that have not already been billed, but you will be asked to return the unused portion of the product if cancelled during the 14 day trial period. Because we send out a 30 day supply of both products we do require that you send back at least 30 Pro Cleanse capsules. If we receive less than the required number, we will charge £0.52p per pill. You are obligated to pay return shipping. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization #. This RMA is valid for 21 days from your initial order date and must be written on the outside of the package containing the returned product. To avoid further charges, you must return and we must receive the returned product within 21 days of placing your first order. i.e, before the RMA # expires. Please note if we DO NOT receive the product within 21 days or your inital order date, you will be charged the full amount of product. Refunds will not be given to packages marked “Return to Sender”, or any product that has been billed and not yet received by customer. Packages returned to sender will not be resent to customer unless customer pays shipping and handling. 6. TEMPORARY PRICE REDUCTION For your convenience and benefit, we may temporarily reduce the price of your order for promotional purposes, or to ensure that your purchase order is capable of being processed by your credit card company or processor. If we reduce the price of the Product, you will be billed at the reduced price until the promotional period ends or we are assured of payment by your credit card company or its processor. At which time, the Product price will be restored to its usual price, without prior notice to you. If your order is processed at the reduced price a new billing cycle will begin from the date of the new payment processing. 7. OFFERS FROM MARKETING PARTNERS After you place an order through this web site, you may be offered the opportunity to review or purchase other products or services offered by us or one of our marketing partners.   2. Has anyone else had a ny problems with this 'diet pill wonder' company? They are an on line based company that send you a trial of pills whcih you only pay the postage for. The postage is £2.50. They give you a two week trial. You have to enter your credit card details at the start of the trial. if you do not cancel in the two weeks they will charge your credit card with £75. And will continue to do so until you cancel with them. My husband used my card to order from them yet when i tried to cancel my credit card with them they said because of 'data protection' they couodnt access his details, but it was ok for my husband to use a crd on thier website not in hs name?? Just wonderred if anyione else has had any problems with them and any ideas how to get my money back. I do not want to pay £75 for some herbal tablets!! Any help would be great ty

  4. Just stumbled across a website where a couple of people have written that their share prices have been set to zero today. One commented that it was a surprise to them to be happening 10 days before the 23rd of Oct. Anyone have anymore info??
  5. Just wanted to know if Welcome are allowed to call out of hours. I havve missed about 4 house calls and at least 3 mobile phone calls all after 5pm last call was about half an hour ago!!! Welcome have still not responded to letter from citizens advice so they have sent it further. I am so stuck on what to do. I wanted to v.t the car but with all the hassle I dont know wether I should continue with this or wait until citizens advice get back. I just want to say goodbye welcome.
  6. and.... It gets even better, whilst out today recovery people turned up to caollect car. I am going to ring head office mon. to let them know that i have not yet agreed to the new 'made up' figures they sent me. This company just gets worse and worse. Citizens advice are still waiting for response 3 weeks afer asking for a copy of my agreement.. need i say anymore
  7. Sorry back again. Welcome are doing my head in!!! I cant beleive this company is still open. Well after being told I couldnt v.t my car, then i could v.t., my car and several phonecalls, and visits to citizens avdvice. I had received my v.t. figures from Welcome, very confused so citizens advice wrote to them, I visited citizens advice again and they said my choice. I decided to go ahed with the termination. Phoned the v.t dept and was told that it had been cancelled??? wtf. I phoned the usual depts compliance etc and was told no its still open. Anyway local office called answered without looking a t phone as been trying to avoid them, and lady says they were looking at old original letter i sent them. Then yesterday received a letter from the vehicle recovery people and today another v.t letter with figures ojn which are completely different by a few thousan to the first one sent. What is going on!!! Talk about nightmare. I just want rid. Husband told me to just let them take the car. Now I am becoming more suspicious nad want to hold out, but not sure iI want to continue with phonecalls etc anymore. Talk about a hash up. When will they disappear for ever??
  8. Hello, I had the same problen I thought I had H.P turned out to be a CST, went to citizens advice, rang welcome who flagged it up as a complaint. A week later got told I could V.T after all as i had been given the wrong Terms and Conditions... I have been back to citizens advice who are helping me with this nightmare comapny.
  9. Thanks for the advice. They had totally confused me. I think I will just say goodbye to the car and Welcome. Hope my legs are up to walking. I only looked at the charges etc after I missed one loan pymant and they sent me a staement I couldnt believe their charges. I thought if they run the car account the same I will never pay it off. Hopefully now its job done
  10. I just have to therefore work out which is better for me. If it stays as a loan and i sell the car i guess I am still iable for the outstanding amount. If I V.T the car I am still lible for any damges etc to the car. I just want to get rid of Welcome.
