Hi Becca, I did email you yesterday using a different email address however the problem is now sorted. My use of the Aviva online complaint form seems to have worked and my car is now booked in.

In the last week of July, I was involved in a collision with another car, 3 days later, Autorestore visited me to inspect the car and what brilliant service I thought. They said the car needed to go to a garage and so the details were sent back to Aviva. I decided not to rush and give Aviva time to deal with the claim. Four weeks later I called Aviva and asked about arranging for my car to be repaired. After being passed around two or three people eventually I was given the name of a suitable garage and told ring up in a few hours when they will have received the necessary documentation. I have since had a similar phone call every working day for at least the last six days and the documentation never arrives at the agreed garage. I have reported this via their online complaints procedure whilst also doing it here. Does the online complaints procedure work or will I need to escalate this further by blogging and using Twitter?
