  1. Dear all, I had an interview for a team manager position in a learning difficulties service charity organization on the 9th of March 2015. The employer called me later in the day and offered me the position which i accepted. The employer sent me the conditional job letter offer. The HR manager called and emailed me, before they received the references, saying that "unfortunately the job position was withdrawn because the funding to support the job was not more available."   2. Hi everybody. I have been living in my residential estate for the last 6 years. I have changed my car a couple of months ago and swapped my residential permit over to my new car, but unfortunately, I forgot to delete the old reg number and re-write the new one on it. Today I spotted a parking notice which says "parked without displaying a valid parking permit." It was issued by Park Direct Uk member of BPA. I was wondering if it is worth to appeal it or just pay it before the 14th day for a discounted sum of £60 from £100. Your advice would be very appreciated. Car
  3. Hi this is my story. I started an Agreement with OU in Febbruary 2009 to pay montly £79. I set up a direct debit with Barclays, after a month i moved it from Barclays to halifax, but halifax did not register properly the direct debit and OU did not get the montly payments as agreed. I went into arrers and the 14 of April 2009 i got an arrer notice for 2 missed payments. I paid 1 and 1/2 of it and i told them that i will call back i pay the rest. In the meantime i completely forgot about the payment with OU, secondlly i did not get any more reminder for arrers payment from OU till the 26t
