Looking for a bit of help as im at the end of the road with it all Now run my own limited company and have done for around 5 years now, i am the only employee (director) and i have a leased van on the company, i have no office and company is registered at my mothers address still as thats where i lived when i started it all. she is getting at mme saying the better not come to her house and take anything! argh Now over the last 2 years mainly the last 7 months i have been making very little money and its been going straight back out trying to live. I have contacted company`s house and im getting a form to terminate the company, but im really worried as i am behind 2k on paye and 4k on corporation tax and i really dont know whats going to happen, im looking for a job at the monent. Im handing iin my final batch of reciepts to my accountant tomorrow but he did metion he may do something so im not taking a wage but will that not just go onto my companys tax and im back to square one,and just looking for a bit of info of whats likely to happen. Anyonewith any info or help it would be really appreciated

Ok no problems mate surely thats what the subject access request is for? i sent asking for a copy of cca before this letter and the sent me out the same sheet as they sent me in the subject access request one, its just a printed sheet of a credit agreement with my name on printed on it with no signatures or explanation why they havent sent what i asked them. i.e original signed copy Is there another letter i should send, because i feel the will just send the same one if i send it a third time thanks

Hmmm right on your good advice i sent my subject access request form off , and they got back to me. Now the sent lots of sheets stating transactions etc etc since i had the card sort of like statemnts but printed off a computer, and then it says the most recent copy of your terms and agreements? No signatures anywhere, also lots of sheets like printed from there computer screen stating the information the hold mo me and thats petty much it? i took the card credit card out in june06 . Where or what do i do now guys im clueless now. thanks a mllion

Hello again I have a virgin credit card which i took out early 2006, anyway i sent away the subject access request form as advised by your good selves, now on the 20th of this month thats the 40 days up and i still havent heard anything back from them Whats the procedure guys if they send nothing back, or whats is generally likely to happen once they reply to my letter. ps i did enclose £10 postal order. any help really appreciated here

Ok i will send of the subject request form, it says on the letter that they have included my credit agreement which i signed, but no signature anywhere?? Hopefully im onto something, fingers crossed.

I will scan it in if it would help , basicaly asked virgin for my original signed credit agreement with one of your templates of this site:D, now they have wrote back to me today, yes there is a credit agreement with my name printed on it, but no signature anywhere on the 5 or so sheets?? I am in the process of sending away a subject access request form with a £10 postal order. Is this correct guys? i took the card out in 2006 What have they sent me? is this correct or would they not send my origianl signed one?? Robert

I had a thread going about my situation with my virgin credit card, basically someone told me to send off subject access request form with £10 postal order, now when i click on the link to do so it just takes me to another part of the forum, ive tried looking for it put to nothing, i think it may be my computer put i would appreciate if someone could put the template up for me to paste. thanks alot Robert
